If you have not read the TOS before ordering, this does not release you from responsibility.
By ordering art from me, you automatically agree to all the conditions I set.

— General —

⬩ The client acknowledges that the commissioned artwork is for personal use only (such as social media posting, personal printing, use as an avatar/banner, etc.) and does not have the right to reproduce, redistribute, or profit from the artwork in any form.
⬩ Credit to me as the original artist must be maintained at all times.
⬩ The client may not remove, edit, or otherwise my signature or any part of the artwork. This includes is not limited to repainting or creating “bases".
⬩ Any use of the artwork for promotion, sale, or integration with AI or blockchain-related technologies is strictly prohibited.

— Artist rights —

⬩ I have the right to post your commission on social networks. (But you can ask me not to post your commission)
⬩ I reserve the right to refuse a commission without giving a reason.

— Others —

⬩ I do NOT repeat my work for my characters for your characters, or do not I draw "approximately" the same thing. We can use the background or pose as a basis of my art. That's all.
⬩ I do NOT draw your character's appearance based on my characters appearance. (This applies to when you send my character's appearance as an example for yours)
⬩ Please look at my recent works. My render and style may change over time. I can't draw for you an art in an old style or render if I am currently drawing in a new one.

— Payment —

⬩ Payment is made by PayPal card in EUR (€).
⬩You pay a service fee (from 5 to 10 euros).
⬩ You have 3 free edits to the sketch. Please pay extra for the rest. This also includes edits that were not initially specified in the technical task.
⬩ I take 100% payment after accepting your order. If you have doubts, you can ask for payment 50/50 (50% before the sketch and 50% after), but taking into account that you will pay double PayPal fee.
⬩ I may ask for extra payment if the character or background is complex.
⬩ Full price for the second person.
⬩ Major edits can be made only at the time when I send to you a sketch of your commission. When the work is finished, you can only correct minor details. For major edits that were not specified in the sketch, you will have to pay.

— Deadline —

⬩ I don’t have specific deadlines for completing your commission, but I guarantee that everything will be ready within one to two months. If I don't finish these deadlines, I'm ready to return half the amount. (The report starts from the moment I took money from you.)
⬩ I am ready to work with your ideas for the commission, as well as to come up with something for you based on the description of your character.

Thank you for choosing me to order your commission! Before ordering, be sure to read the Type of Service. To order a commission, you need to fill out a google form.
